We decided to base our solution on R, RStudio and R Markdown. Hence, we can provide some “decent” html , pdf or Word output, but we still haven’t found a way to import the nice looking standalone html file into the platform. That is way we opted for the pdf format as a substitute for the time being. Any help with importing the html file is appreciated!
P.S. We know that Jupyter Notebooks can handle R, but it’s too much of a hassle compared to just sticking with RStudio.

Its quite difficult to be constructive based only on a bare R code without output! I can recommend that you use the “Compile Report” function in RStudio (shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + K) and post the results again.

I would recommend importing the Jupyter notebook (ipynb file) directly into the platform. Furthermore, in the section “Data Understanding – Preliminary Analysis” there is too much “how” you work with the data and not enough “why” you do it in the first place. What is the “goal” of each step in the analysis? Keep the good work ! 🙂
